For sanitary and epidemiological reasons, to ensure the maximum safety of viewers, the festival area will be limited and divided into zones located within the Toruń Old Town Complex.
The zones will be fenced and properly secured, which will allow to maintain the basic safety rules that may apply in August 2021 in connection with the pandemic and to control the number of people staying at the festival by regulating traffic.
Within the zones, appropriate routes will be designated, which will allow for the continuity of traffic, as well as for estimating the time necessary to see the attractions.
